Thinking ahead to February

In the past February has been a month of challenge for me… sort of a mental wall in the middle of the year.

Here and here I wrote about it in years past, and Sarah just wrote a lovely post on preventing February burnout.

This year I’m planning a lot of nature study at the lake.

And lots of good books.  And hot chocolate and popcorn in the middle of the day.  But I’m already noticing the light lasting longer in the day, and I think my exercise habits are helping some.
