We love headbands… and, Ann-Marie, we just make our own. If plain rubber bands hurt, we use my daughter’s stretchy, circle headbands.

I do love grapefruit in the morning – or really any time of day! My kids have been taking them in their lunches almost every day this winter and I actually think it might be helping them with this horrible flu season!
